General Terms and Conditions of Lovely Details
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed by customers via the online shop of Lovely Details c/o iGlOi AG, Thurgauerstrasse 117, CH-8152 Glattpark/Opfikon (hereinafter referred to as Lovely Details).
2.1 Only customers who have properly and truthfully registered shall be permitted to make purchases at Lovely Details.
2.2 The creation of several accounts and their use by the same person is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Any type of commercial use for the purpose of resale of goods to third parties is likewise not permitted.
2.4 Violations of the above prohibitions may lead to immediate exclusion and the assertion of claims for damages by Lovely Details may, in addition, limit the maximum delivery quantities per item and customer.
3. Contract conclusion
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely an invitation to order.
3.2 Clicking the button “Place binding order” in the shopping basket shall be deemed a binding offer by the customer.
3.3 The automatically generated confirmation email shall document receipt of the order. A binding contractual relationship shall only arise upon Lovely Details confirming dispatch of the goods by email (shipping confirmation), but at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
3.4 If, while processing the order, Lovely Details finds that the products ordered by the customer are not available, the customer shall be informed by email. No contract over the unavailable goods shall be created.
4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices quoted in the Lovely Details online shop at the time of ordering shall apply. The prices quoted are net prices inclusive of statutory VAT.
4.2 Postage and packaging are charged in addition to every order placed with Lovely Details. The actual total invoice amount shall depend on the mode of delivery and payment. Exact shipping costs shall be displayed to the customer in the course of the ordering process. In exceptional cases and for special promotions shipping may be free of charge.
5. Terms and conditions of delivery
5.1 Worldwide delivery is available.
5.2 Warehouse goods are usually ready for dispatch within two to four days, custom-made goods after two to five weeks.
5.3 However, claims for damages by the customer in the event that an order does not arrive by the requested or notified delivery date are excluded.
5.4 Should delivery of the goods fail through the customer’s fault, Lovely Details shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made shall be refunded without delay.
6. Payment terms
6.1 Payment may be made by credit card, TWINT, Paypal or bank transfer (in Switzerland only).
6.2 Lovely Details may cancel or suspend an order if
(a) a customer is not or does not appear to be creditworthy,
(b) has been issued with more than one payment reminder,
(c) there are justified suspicions of dishonest intentions.
7.1 All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. We hope you’re delighted with your order, but if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Items not received within the 14-day period cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including label(s) and original packaging, and with the invoice. The costs of return postage shall be borne by the customer. Items will not be accepted if there are signs of wear.

7.2 The right of return is excluded for the following products:
– Products sold as part of a promotion (e.g. sale, special offers)
– Products labelled “This product is non-returnable”
The above products may be returned if they are defective, incomplete or in bad condition. In these cases, Lovely Details shall endeavour to provide a replacement of the same value. Where this is not possible any payment already made shall be refunded.
7.3 Credit notes for returned goods shall be issued to the respective customer’s Lovely Details account. Exception: Orders which were prepaid by credit card shall be refunded to the credit card.
7.4 Lovely Details reserves the right to refuse returns in cases where the order process is abused (e.g. ordering different sizes of one article for trying on).
8. Retention of title
The goods shall remain the property of Lovely Details until full payment has been made.
9. Redemption of coupon codes
9.1 Coupon codes shall be redeemable for orders above the minimum order value stated on the coupon.
9.2 No more than one coupon code may be used for each order.
9.3 Coupon codes shall be valid for the time period stated.
9.4 Coupon codes may not be transferred to third parties.
9.5 Coupon codes may not be offset retrospectively against an order.
9.6 Coupon code credits shall not be paid out in cash or earn interest.
10. Data protection
10.1 Lovely Details shall only store data which is required for the purposes of customer service.
10.2 In order to create a customer account, customers will be required to provide personal data. This includes first name, last name, email address and addresses. The information labelled with an asterisk is necessary for the processing of orders. The provision of additional personal data is voluntary and is used to create a customer profile. This is used by Lovely Details for the purposes of data processing, administration of customer accounts and for marketing, for example the personalised sending of newsletters if the customer wishes to receive these.
10.4 Lovely Details uses Google Analytics to enable analysis of website usage. This generates anonymised analyses and diagrams. Google Analytics is used merely for the purposes of Lovely Details’s own market research and for anonymised remarketing measures in order to adapt the design of the website optimally to customer requirements.
10.5 No personal data are transferred to third parties without the customer’s knowledge, except for data which has to be transmitted in order to implement orders, handle and control payments, carry out credit checks, and perform statistical analyses.
10.7 Information we receive from you helps us to continually improve your shopping experience and create a customer-friendly and individual experience. Both the information transmitted by you and the information that is automatically generated is used to design advertising which is relevant to you and your interests. For this purpose we use existing information, such as email delivery and read receipts, information on the computer and Internet connection, operating system and platform, your order history, your service history, date and time of website visit, and products you have viewed. We use this information exclusively in pseudonymised form. Analysis and appraisal of this information enables us to improve our website and Internet offering, and to send you individual advertising. This means advertising which recommends products which you may actually be interested in. We aim to make our advertising more useful and interesting to you, so the appraisal and analysis of the pseudonymised data collected from you helps us to avoid sending you arbitrary advertising. Rather, we will send you advertising such as newsletters or product recommendations by email or post which match your areas of interest. For this purpose we also, for example, compare which marketing emails you open to avoid sending you unnecessary emails.
11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions may change. We therefore state the date of the last amendment. Version 02.09.2018
